Celebrate Father's Day with Fire & Flavour: A Father's Day Experience at the HealthyFood Studio - an elevated afternoon inspired by the warmth, smoke and bold flavours of South African fire cooking.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated, braai-inspired menu, beginning with canapés that bring refined braai-inspired dining to life, starting with smoked snoek pâté on rye sesame and poppy seed bread, served with a wild mushroom cappuccino.
The experience continues with ostrich tataki, thyme and caramelised onion whipped feta, and crispy garlic, followed by perfectly prepared picanha rump steak. This is served alongside crispy kale, sorghum, citrus and fennel salad, sweet potato fondants and coriander roasted red pepper pesto.
To finish, guests will prepare and indulge in a decadent whisky-infused dark chocolate brownie served with turmeric and ginger soil, whipped cottage cheese and seasonal berries.
Each guest will also receive handcrafted Father's Day truffles as a sweet final touch to the experience.
Set in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere with curated beverages and soulful music, Fire & Flavour is designed to celebrate fathers, father figures and loved ones in true South African style.
