Get a personalised weekly goal based on your recent sleep habits. Achieve 4+ sleep goals a month for 24 months to fully fund select styles of Oura Ring.
What you need to know:
- Your Oura Ring 5 comes with a 24-month Oura Membership to help analyse your sleep data and reward your progress.
- You can fully fund Oura Ring 5 up the value of R10,897. That's R8,099 for the Black or Silver finish and R2,798 for the 24-month Oura Membership.
- If you choose a higher priced finish like Brushed Silver, Stealth, Gold or Deep Rose, you'll need to pay the additional cost when you place your order.
- Get Oura Ring 5 sizing kit delivered or collect it at your nearest Discovery Store. For a comfortable, consistent fit, and accurate health and sleep tracking, wear the correct sample size for at least 24 hours.
Note: the sizing kits for Oura Ring 5 and Oura Ring 4 are different and the two kits cannot be used interchangeably.
- The benefit period is 24 months, starting the month after you get your Oura Ring 5. As a special introductory offer, we'll cover your monthly penalty amount in full.
- We'll let you know one month before your first penalty payment is due. After that, your monthly penalty amount will depend on the number of sleep goals you achieve.
- Your weekly sleep goal is dynamic, which means it adjusts with your sleep habits. When you consistently improve your Vitality Sleep Score and achieve your weekly sleep goals, your goal will increase to help you build and maintain healthy sleep habits over time.
- Your Vitality Sleep Score may differ from the score shown in the Oura App. That's because it combines your sleep data (duration, regularity and quality) with relevant clinical, demographic and lifestyle insights to develop a personalised, health-focused score out of 100 that places greater emphasis on certain sleep behaviours. To qualify for the fully funded Vitality Oura Ring benefit, you must be a:
- Main member, spouse, adult dependant or child dependant aged 18 years or older on a Vitality Premium plan
- Discovery Bank primary cardholder and have a qualifying Discovery Bank product with Vitality Money.
Qualifying Discovery Bank products include a:

- Discovery Bank Gold, Platinum or Black Credit Card Account
