How to enter:
- You'll earn one metallic medal that's part of a bigger puzzle after each race in the Vitality Run Series in your region.
- Collect all the interlocking parts and complete your Vitality Run Series medal to enter the regional prize draw.
- 10 winners in each region will receive a Sportsmans Warehouse voucher valued at R500 each.
But that's not all. The 10 regional winners will go into a random grand prize draw for a chance to win a parkrun experience in the United Kingdom in 2027, including flights and accommodation!
What is the Vitality Run Series?
Each year Discovery Vitality teams up with running clubs across South Africa to host a national celebration of movement and community.
Anyone can enter the various distances (5 km, 10 km or 21.1 km), everyone gets rewarded, and no one gets left behind.

You can earn between 300 and 1,500 Vitality points depending on the distance you choose. Plus, earn 500 bonus points to keep you motivated to move!
