We kick off with a strawberry matcha smoothie served with tart cherry and walnut energy bites, a bright, layered start that fuels your day while supporting deep rest later on.

Next up is a sweet potato hash topped with smoked trout, lemon and dill with whipped avocado, chilli crunch, red onion and radish pickle: bold, fresh and packed with recovery-friendly goodness.

For the main event, enjoy ostrich shakshuka in a smoky red pepper and sweet potato base, served with warm basil pesto flatbread and bocconcini for a satisfying, brunch-worthy centrepiece.
